Susan Feddema-Leonard
Susan Feddema-LeonardExecutive Director
Susan is a Registered Nurse and is the Executive Director of the Willmore Wilderness Foundation. She oversees the Foundation’s operations, which include Alberta Rockies Adventures and People & Peaks Productions.

She has been travelling in Willmore Wilderness Park extensively since 1981 and is an experienced trail hand. Susan has been photographing and filming the deep recesses of the Park for since she first stepped into the mountain wilderness. She has a love of the Rockies and a passion to tell the story of the region, using history and her creative talents.

Heather Devoe
Heather DevoeChief Financial Officer
Heather graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management in June 2014. She majored in Accounting. She oversees the operations of the Registered Charitable Foundation. She researches and write proposals for funding, prepares reporting requirements for current funding, manage everyday finances through petty cash, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, etc. Heather is in charge of all financial records.
Chehala Leoanrd
Chehala LeoanrdMarketing Manager
Chehala graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in June of 2014 from the University of Alberta, and the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia. She has worked in film making over the past ten years, and is employed as the Marketing Manger for the Willmore Wilderness Foundation. Chehala’s experience with international travel makes her a natural for this position. She has visited and lived in eighteen different countries, learning about the cultures and traditions of the people of the world. This has exposed Chehala to a worldview and helps her look at marketing the Willmore Wilderness films, programs, books and Alberta Rocky Adventures to a larger audience.

Arthur Veitch
Arthur VeitchWildlife Photographer & Cinematographer
Arthur Veitch has won numerous provincial and national photojournalism and newspaper awards. He is an accomplished wildlife photographer, with his images of cougars, lynx, bears, and wolves published in magazines like National Wildlife and Canadian Geographic. He has acquired footage of cougars, marten, deer, elk, and more. Arthur was the winner of the 2013 BBC Wildlife Camera-Trap photo of the year. He won runner up with two photos under the Animal Portraits category.
Debbie (Camp) Fitzsimmons
Debbie (Camp) FitzsimmonsHistorical Research Consultant
Debbie (Camp) Fitzsimmons is working with the Willmore Wilderness Foundation under contract on a part-time basis. She is pulling historical information from Hudson’s Bay Company, North West Company and church records, along with Scrips, census and other historical documentation.
Kathy Pickles
Kathy PicklesWillmore Wilderness Foundation Custodian
Kathy Pickles is the custodian and caretaker of the 4800-square-foot Willmore Wilderness Foundation building. She is amazing in making the facility shine.
